Your personal data may be processed by Uzay Kimya A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope described below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").
Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed by Uzay Kimya A.Ş. for the purposes listed below, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:
- Planning and execution of the Company's human resources policies and processes
- To carry out the necessary work by our business units and execute the relevant business processes in order to enable relevant persons to benefit the products and services offered by the Company
- To plan and execute the necessary activities to customize the products and services offered by the Company according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of relevant persons and to recommend and promote them to relevant persons
- Conducting the necessary work by our relevant business units and executing the related business processes to carry out the commercial activities conducted by the Company
- Planning and executing the Company's commercial and/or business strategies
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Company
Parties to Whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and Transfer
Your collected personal data is transferred to third parties in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth by the Law and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, may be transferred by Uzay Kimya A.Ş. to our business partners, suppliers, subsidiaries of Uzay Kimya A.Ş., legally authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private institutions for the purposes listed below:
- Planning and execution of the Company's human resources policies and processes
- Performance of necessary work by our business units and execution of relevant business processes to enable relevant persons to benefit the products and services offered by the Company

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through various channels for the purpose of conducting Company activities, based on the legal grounds of ensuring compliance with legislation and Company policies. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law as a Personal Data Owner
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
